Junior Counselor Program
  • Junior Counselors may attend the youth camp weeks. A week costs $100 for a junior counselor. Please note we can only accept a limited number of JC's each week.

Early Registration Discount

          • When signing up, be sure to take advantage of our $50 discount for registrations for Youth Camps we receive before April 1!

Deposit

          • When signing up, include 50% of the total camper fees, or contact us to learn about our Camper Scholarship Fund and our options for an installment plan.

 

Sunday Check-In Process (See also What To Bring list)

Check-In for all camps runs from 4:00—5:15 PM on Sunday. Check-in will not begin until 4:00. No staff will be available to supervise campers until that camper is fully through the check-in process.

          • Follow the check-in signs upon arrival. 
          • Remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. It helps if fees are paid prior to your arrival.
          • Identify person(s) who will pick-up and sign-out your camper on the last day of camp.
          • Health Form and Child Profile Form will be reviewed and medication given to the Camp Health Care Provider.
          • Your camp store (Camp Canteen) account will be set up at this time.
          • Move in and meet your counselor.

Families are encouraged to stay for a special activity and supper from 5:30—6:30. Please RSVP.

 

Pick Up Time And Procedure

Week Long Camps

          • Families are invited to join us on Friday for:  
            • Brunch at 10:30 (please RSVP);
            • Closing program at 11:30.
            • All campers must be picked up by 1:00.

Mini Camps

          • Families are invited to join us on Tuesday for:  
            • Dinner at 5:30 pm (please RSVP);
            • Closing program at 6pm.
            • All campers must be picked up by 7:30pm.
          • Families picking up campers earlier should make prior arrangements.
