    Thirty-eight campsites nestled in oaks and pines available for family camping on a limited basis. Some with water and sewer. Lakeside sites available. All with electric. Nearby trails. Fishing. Swimming. Boat ramp available. Reservations required

Junior Counselor Program - FULL for 2014
  • Junior Counselors help our college-age Christian counselors and support staff during youth camp weeks. Please note we can only accept a limited number of Junior Counselors each week.
  • Fee: $100 (discounts not available for these positions)

Early Registration Discount

  • When signing up, be sure to take advantage of our $50 discount for registrations for Youth Camps we receive before April 1!

"Bring a New Camper" Discount (for May Registration)


  • When signing up, include 50% of the total camper fees, or contact us to learn about our Camper Scholarship Fund and our options for an installment plan.

Horse Rides

  • Add a horse ride with registration by indicating it in your notes and adding the fee to your deposit or sign your camper up for the ride at the Sunday check-in process. Fee: an additional $35

Check-In for all camps runs from 4:00—5:15 PM on Sunday. Check-in will not begin until 4:00. No staff will be available to supervise campers until that camper is fully through the check-in process.

  • Follow the staff directions and/or check-in signs upon arrival. 
  • Remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. It helps if fees are paid prior to your arrival.
  • Identify person(s) who will pick-up and sign-out your camper on the last day of camp.
  • Health Form will be reviewed and medication given to the Camp Health Care Provider.
  • Your camp store (Camp Canteen) account will be set up at this time.
  • Move in and meet your counselor.

Week-Long Camps

  • Families are invited to join us on Friday for:  
  • Closing program at 11:10
  • Lunch at 11:30 (please RSVP);
    • All campers must be picked up by 1:00 pm on Friday.

Mini Camps

  • Families are invited to join us on Tuesday for:  
    • Dinner at 6:00 pm (please RSVP);
    • Pickup between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
    • All campers must be picked up by 7:00pm.
  • Families picking up campers earlier should make prior arrangements.

Camp Concordia New Camper Discount

What is it? If you are an "old camper" (you came to a Camp Concordia summer residential camp program in the last couple of years, name is in our database) and you are coming this year; for every "new camper" (never been to a Camp Concordia summer residential camp before, no name in data-base) you have come to to the same week-long summer residential camp program (i.e., Youth Camp 1, High School Camp) you are registered for; you can reduce your final payment by $25. That is for each "new camper."

How do you get it? Camp Concordia will NOT do it automatically. We're good, but not that good. You must obviously ASK for this discount by either:

  1. Sending in the paper registrations together with a note (easiest on us), or
  2. Making a COMMENT in the online registrations stating the full name and city of the "new camper(s)" you have coming to your same week of camp, or
  3. If you are already registered, send a note with the "new camper" registration.

Make it very obvious for Camp Concordia.

Note: This discount is good during the month of May. Registrations must be postmarked or submitted through Camp Concordia's online registration on or before May 31, 2014. If you have NOT been to a Camp Concordia summer residential camp program, you may not take advantage of this discount (you may, however, request a camper scholarship form). If your name is not in the Camp Concordia master database, we are sorry, you cannot take advantage of this discount. This also does not apply to Family Camp nor if you were a camper decades ago (nice idea). Thanks for understanding.
