WCLA Boat Launch Dates
The Camp Concordia boat launch is NOT open to the public, and camp's property is NOT a public use facility. However, the boat launch is available as a privilege for paid WCLA members according to the procedures outlined below. Camp Concordia is a 501(c) religious non-profit operating a Christian children's summer camp. Access to the property is restricted during program operations for the safety of the campers. 
Please allow 2-3 business days for scheduling. 
Boat Launch Scheduling Procedures
1. Pay your WCLA dues. The boat launch is only available to paid members of the WCLA. If your name does not appear on the list of paid members, you will not be granted access. Only paid members receive the combination to the boat launch ramp. You can find the up-to-date list at the WCLA website. 
2. Indemnity & Release Form: Complete the on-line form. This must be completed annually. The form is available here: 2026 Camp Concordia-WCLA Indemnity and Release Waiver. Processing this form may take 2-3 business days. After your form is processed you will receive an email to schedule launch. 
2. Check the Boat Launch Calendar to the right for available dates. 
3. Follow the link in the email you receive after your indemnity and release waiver is processed to request the launch use. Please allow 24 hours for requests to be scheduled. NOTE: Due to liability regulations emails, phone calles, or voicemails CAN NOT BE SCHEDULED. 
4. You will receive an email from Camp Concordia staff confirming your scheduled use of the boat launch. 
5. Be sure you have the current combination for the lock, which paid WCLA members receive in their email. Remember not to share this combination with anyone else. If you do not have the current combination, contact your Lake Association Board of Directors representative. Be prepared to show photo id upon request by camp staff.

Important Reminders
  • Remember the speed limit on Pinewood St is 20mph, and inside of Camp Concordia it is 10mph. 
  • If the entrance gate to camp is closed when you arrive, please open the gate and attach it to the posts (to avoid damage to the gate or your vehicle if it swings.) Then, when you leave camp, please close the gate. If the gate is open upon arrival, you do not need to close it. 
  • Stay on marked roads at all times, and follow directional signs. At launch area, back your boat trailer in from in front of the pavilon. Do not pull your vehicle up the hill towards the tower or off the road.
  • Replace the WCLA Lock and chain when finished.
  • If any damage is accidentally incurred to the property, or you see any suspicious activity, please contact the Camp Director right way at 616-754-3785.
  • The following are prohibited on Camp Concordia property: Alcohol, Firearms, Weopons, Smoking, and any behaviors which are inconsistent with our statement of faith.
