Step 1: Meet with a few key leaders, define the goal of the retreat and choose a few open dates.
Step 2: Contact us at Camp Concordia (616-754-3785) to discuss your goals, preferred dates, and cost; request a User Agreement.
Step 3: Work on the budget: consider travel costs & program activities CC staff will lead.
Step 4: Have youth/& families sign-up with a deposit of half the total cost (non-refundable).
Step 5: Review User Agreement details, sign, and send with deposit money to Camp Concordia.
Step 6: Meet with a few key leaders to finalize roles, activities and schedule.
Step 7: Meet with youth/& families, collect final payment from those attending, go over expectations, and recruit drivers.
Step 8: Come to Camp Concordia.
