MISSION Event

The Concordia Challenge

WHO? Open to GROUP Registration (Church groups, school groups, other groups)
Schedule 1: Students entering grades 9-12 in 2024 and their adult leaders
Schedule 2: Students entering grades 6-8 in 2024 and their adult leaders

WHAT & WHY? Set your goals to REVITALIZE Camp Concordia (CC) through construction, service and repair - that will allow mission and ministry to take place with children & youth from across Michigan (and more). Schedule 1 (older youth) servants will train in skills & techniques to take on the challenge of REVITALIZING CC's buildings and program areas to create the best camp ministry for children and youth in Michigan. In 2024, this event will include scraping, sanding and painting, along with the possibility of construction, building repair, roofing, etc. 

Recreation option, depending on weather, will include a 200' zip line and CC 40 foot climbing tower. 
FORMS
Please print and distribute as needed or email to individuals to print. Leader should send Group Form ASAP; each participant has 3 forms to complete for participation.  
  • 2024 Registration Forms
    • Return Group Form with non-refundable DEPOSIT to hold your group's place. Due immediately.
    • Send Individual Participant Forms ASAP at least 1 month prior so event shirts may be ordered. Due 1 month prior. 
  • Liability, Waiver and Indemnity
    • Each individual, adult and youth, participating and staying at Camp Concordia must have this full disclosure signed either by a parent/guardian (if minor) or themselves (if adult) in order participate in the program. Thank you. Due 1 month prior. 
  • Health Forms (Sample)
    • ​Carry Health Forms with you on the trip and keep them with you in the case of emergency.
