Engage

The most effective support to faith formation is learning through experience - the way Jesus taught. At Camp Concordia we plan activities, sessions and options so that children, youth and their families can become more engaged in the conversation of faith. Everyone is welcome to Camp Concordia- welcome to be changed by the Words of Jesus)

Encounter

While we cannot guarantee what an experience with God will look like for each person, we strive to create an environment where a connection is likely to occur. Sometimes through silence, other times noise. Most of the time though, experience with Jesus is through movement always centered on Scripture. 

Enrich

Since 1957, Camp Concordia's goal has been to provide opportunities for children, youth and their families to encounter Christ in the midst of God's creation enriching body and soul and resulting in strong missional skills and actions. Today we would say the whole person is enriched: spiritually, physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. That's how we do camp.

We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation 
the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done. Psalm 78:4 ESV
